Our Voices Phase 2 People: Tan Le

Tan Le believes in making the impossible possible. When Tan was a young girl, her family escaped from their homeland, Vietnam, in a boat. After a dangerous journey and some time in a refugee camp, Tan and her family settled in Australia. They never looked back. Tan has succeeded through determination and hard work. In 1998, she was named the Young Australian of the Year.
