Scaly-Tailed Possum and Echidna

A traditional Dreamtime story that features the scaly-tailed possum only found in a remote part of the Kimberley region of Australia s north west and the echidna, one of Australia s most unusual mammals. Illustrated with paintings on silk, the story also tells of the Wandjina, the Creator and Great Spirit of the Wunambal people of the Kimberley.
