Second Words Yrs K to 3 (Basic Skills No. 120)

Basic Skills Second Words is a sequel to First Words.

The book has been created for children who want to write words at the pre-school or Kindergarten stage. 

It is also useful to reinforce reading and writing skills for those in Year 1. 

The book follows a simple format:

• One page enables a choice of six words to be chosen from the box and written under the correct picture. 
• Then follows a page of revision using the six words from the previous page.

Words found in this book can be practised by using sentence format in 'First Phonic Reading' in the Basic Skills Series. 

The answer section is placed in the middle of the book so that it can be removed by a parent.
