Stage 6 Engineering Studies - Typical HSC Questions And Solutions

This book has been revised for the new syllabus and to more accurately reflect the types of questions now being asked in the Engineering Studies HSC examination.

The purpose of this book is for students to have typical HSC type questions relevant to the 10 units in the Engineering Studies Workbook to practise after completing each of the 10 units in class.

As all experienced teachers are aware, it is very important to not only teach syllabus content but also to develop student skills in firstly, understanding what is required of HSC questions and secondly, to show students how to set-out and answer questions correctly.

Students should be made aware of the fact that if HSC markers can view a well set-out answer with all of the relevant information required of the question, they may receive maximum or near maximum marks for an incorrect answer depending on the circumstances of the question. This book aims to develop these student skills.
