The Write Way Primary 5

The Write Way is a series of 6 books which can be used as a resource by teachers and parents to help their students and children develop an enthusiasm for writing.

The series aims to develop students' skills in generating and writing interesting texts based on picture stimuli. Through a combination of picture, word and question prompts, this series motivates learners at each part of the writing process. Each exercise focuses on generating, articulating, arranging, organising, editing and revising ideas to form a coherent piece of writing.

Each book in the series is carefully crafted with 3 main sections, covering different skill sets required for students, namely:

• Generating ideas and content
• Developing ideas and content
• Editing and refining writing.
