Vanquish Non-Routine Problems series was designed to assist students to ‘think out of the box’ in solving the various types of problems which are not usually common to heuristics or strategy based questions. These questions have no fixed approach/rule or technique to follow or memorise.
The aim of this series is to ensure that students are exposed to as many types of non-routine questions as possible that are now more commonly tested in Singapore MOE examinations.
There are 3 difficulty levels - Basic, Intermediate and Challenging. The types of questions are also highlighted in the margin in each question so that students can relate these questions to the topics.
Most of these questions have been compiled and written to closely meet Singapore MOE examination standards. Complete step by step solutions are provided at the end of the book to help students better understand how to arrive at the answers.
